Volume comes first
A mold's dimensions give a volume, so this calculator reports US gallons, liters and US fluid ounces. It never treats every resin as if it had the same weight per liter.
Liters = cubic inches × 0.016387064
Using a product density
If your product sheet lists density in g/mL, open the optional weight estimate and enter it. The resulting kg and lb apply to the final volume including waste. If you have no density value, leave it blank.
For wide surfaces with a thin coat, choose Surface coating and enter the specified thickness. See the shape formulas for casting and cylindrical molds.
